design

We use our 3D design process to craft playful, lively and culturally-inclusive areas for kids to thrive in. Being able to see how your playground will look in advance helps identify potential problems, raising issues like shade, storage and drainage. So we can get them sorted before the work begins, instead of scrambling to fix them afterwards.

We design:

  • NZ playgrounds for kids of all ages – from early childhood to intermediate.
  • School outdoor areas (including seating, planting, fencing, shelters and more).

Our play areas are built to the highest of standards, by people who care about getting the job done right the first time round. We’re one of only a handful of specialist playground builders in the Bay of Plenty – so our teams are well aware of the latest safety standards, and build with those standards in mind.

  • Timber structures (including pergolas, shelters, whares, swings and more).
  • Stone features.
  • Sandpits.

  • Impact attenuation surfacing and artificial turf installation.

Keeping play areas safe and in good working order is an ongoing job, and yours is busy enough as it is. So we offer specialist landscaping maintenance services – taking the work off your plate, and keeping everything in mint condition. Earthart have been contracted by Maat Group to undertake the grounds maintenance at The Hub shopping centre since we purchased the site in 2005, which includes mowing lawns, and maintaining the plants and trees on site.  Over this time Earthart have fulfilled their contractual obligations with impressive reliability and enthusiasm, and have exceeded our expectations by providing solutions for a range of other maintenance issues around the property.  Recently Earthart have completed stage one of a complete garden restoration in the car parking area, providing sound advice and presenting concepts with the aid of modern design technology.  As Senior Facilities Manager for Maat Group I have formed an excellent professional relationship with Brett and have come to admire his knowledge and passion for his work.  Our management team is based in Auckland, so having Earthart on site gives me peace of mind in the knowledge that they are going about their business in a professional, caring manner.  I would definitely recommend Earthart for all types of landscaping from small residential jobs to larger commercial projects.
